[Rochester, MN] 7/1/2015––Badger Books, LLC of Middleton, Wisconsin was acquired by Lisa Loucks Christenson Publishing, LLC on July 1, 2015.

Lisa Loucks Christenson Publishing, LLC  is a 100% women-owned publisher based out of Rochester, Minnesota representing over 95 agented and unagented authors with over 225 frontlist and backlist titles, 100 new works scheduled to release in the upcoming months. LLCP publishes both secular and Christian fiction and non-fiction  in most genres including dozens of best selling stand-alone-titles, and best selling series in the following genres: academic, biographical analysis, children, Christian romance, dystopian, fantasy, history, literary criticism, mystery, memoir, nature, social anthropology, suspense/thrillers, time travel, outdoors, westerns, WW2 and more, through several of their imprints, five of these, Christian imprints. LLCP books are available through their own brick and mortar confection and gift store in downtown Rochester, Minnesota and through their networked online stores; Baker & Taylor, Ingram's, Lighting Source, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, university book stores, gift shops, libraries, and museum stores.

 

Badgers' eclectic list of titles by their authors (many who are also best selling authors) join the LLCP roster of famous, best selling authors, writing in most genres. Badger Books imprint remains open to submissions to all previously published Badger Books, LLC, as well as Waubesa Press authors, and the other publishers who have titles listed through Badger for resale. Authors who were previously published under Waubesa Press or Badger Books are encouraged to contact Lisa Loucks Christenson, the publisher, and renew old contracts with expanded electronic, and possible audio, paperback options.

 

The old Badger Books, LLC Web site is in the process of re-design and will be available soon. Author links to their books will begin appearing in the order of arrival, over the next several months.

 

Badger Books is a secular imprint and open to agented or unagented manuscripts following the LLCP submission process.
